Devorah has been a food and travel writer for seven years, focusing mainly on luxury travel, family travel, food trends, and sustainable food and travel. 

Since her career as a writer started, Devorah has contributed to publications including The New York Times, Travel + Leisure, Conde Nast Traveler, National Geographic, Afar, Vogue, Food & Wine, Saveur, Tasting Table, Hemispheres, New York magazine, Fodor's, USA Today, Robb Report, The Points Guy, and of course Tripsavvy.

Her travels have taken her around the world to 45 countries and 41 states in the U.S. She has traversed the salt flats in Bolivia, driven a Jeep through Wadi Rum in Jordan, skied down the Swiss Alps, climbed one of the Himalayan peaks in northern India, eaten mole in Puebla, Mexico, tasted dried reindeer in Arctic Sweden, and walked along the Great Wall of China. She has lived in Israel, India, and Australia. She is passionate about pizza, pasta, bread, and other carbs.

Education

Devorah graduated from Brandeis University with a bachelor's degree in English Literature, and she minored in Journalism.
