Every year, the Grammy Awards recognize the most talented artists in the music industry. Although the award show is the biggest night in music, it’s also a special date night for celebrity couples. At the 65th Grammy Awards, which took place on Sunday, February 5, 2023, at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, many stars flaunted their relationship as they graced the red carpet. From Kirk Franklin and Tammy Collins—who sported matching white suits—to Beyoncé and Jay-Z—who celebrated the R&B singer’s accomplishment as the top Grammy-winning artist—many of Hollywood’s hottest couples caught our eye.

Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly treated the red carpet like a runway. The Transformers star channeled a blushing bride in a white Zuhair Murad getup with a beaded corset while supporting her fiancé’s first Grammy nomination ever. MGK was equally show-stopping in a silver sequined Dolce & Gabbana suit, which was inspired by a phoenix rising from the ashes, according to E! News. Although the actress had a broken wrist and a concussion, she couldn't pass up a date with her twin flame.

Paris Hilton and Carter Reum took a break from their new parent responsibilities by making their first red carpet appearance since welcoming their son. They showed up in style, with Hilton rocking a jewel-covered Celine gown featuring a bold chest cutout and Reum donning a black textured suit. The couple also packed on the PDA as the author was photographed kissing his wife’s cheek.

The 2023 Grammys was a family affair for Brandi Carlile and Catherine Shepherd. Carlile, who was up for seven Grammys, won best rock performance and best rock song with “Broken Horses,” which she performed live as the second act of the night. Before she sang the hit, Shepherd gave a heartfelt introduction, and their two daughters, Evangeline and Elijah, joined their mom on stage. "It means the world to me to stand here tonight with our beautiful daughters by my side and introduce, in our humble opinion, one of the greatest, most authentic artists and human beings on the planet," Shepherd said to the crowd.

Since Jennifer Lopez was presenting the award for best pop vocal album (which Harry Styles won), she made an appearance at the Grammys this year. Of course, her new husband Ben Affleck was there to support her. The Shotgun Wedding star did the honors in a glittery blue Gucci ensemble with a dramatic slit and ruffled train. After Lopez delivered the Grammy to Styles, Affleck gave her a sweet kiss.

When Adele won her 16th Grammy Award, best pop solo performance for “Easy on Me,” her boyfriend, Rich Paul, was there to cheer her on. While accepting her trophy, the pop singer gave a shoutout to her boyfriend. ”Oh, God! Rich!” she exclaimed. “He said, ‘Don’t cry. If you win anything tonight, don’t cry.’ And here I am crying.”

Although Beyoncé and Jay-Z were tied for the most Grammy nominations ahead of Sunday night’s winners, the R&B artist ended up coming out on top with a grand total 32 Grammys. This year, Beyoncé won four awards—best dance/electronic album for Renaissance, best R&B song for “Cuff It,” best dance-electronic music recording for “Break My Soul,” and best traditional R&B performance for “Plastic Off the Sofa.” After accepting her fourth award of the night, the singer thanked her family for their support. "I'd like to thank my beautiful husband, my beautiful three children, who are at home watching," she said in her speech.
