Paulie has a bachelor's degree in graphic design from Fordham University. Post-graduation, she obtained several managing editor roles that would define her career path. In June 2011, she joined the Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia team as an art department assistant. Shortly thereafter, she was promoted to assistant managing editor—a position she held for three years. In November 2017, Paulie served as a managing editor and contributing writer for Brides. She is currently the director of operations at Condé Nast Traveler.
