Karen Asp is an award-winning writer, editor, and journalist who covers health, fitness, nutrition, pets, and travel. She’s been writing and publishing content for about 25 years, and her work can be found in countless publications, such as Better Homes and Gardens, Woman’s Day, Everyday Health, Prevention, Real Simple, Reader’s Digest, Martha Stewart Living, Good Housekeeping, USA Today, Cosmopolitan, Eating Well, Allure, Glamour, Shape, and Harper’s Bazaar. She’s also the author of Anti-Aging Hacks and the coauthor of Understanding Your Food Allergies and Intolerances. Karen is likewise a certified personal trainer, a health educator certified in plant-based eating, and an athlete with world records in Nordic walking.
Karen received her bachelor’s degree in literature and journalism from Miami University in Ohio. She went on to graduate from Indiana University with a master’s degree in literature.
