In 2022, we saw many Hollywood power couples, such as Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker and Sarah Hyland and Wells Adams, vow to spend the rest of their lives together. Princess Diana’s niece, Lady Amelia Spencer, married her longtime love, Greg Mallett on March 21, 2023, Hello reported. According to the publication, the couple held their ceremony on a mountaintop venue in Cape Town, South Africa—a place that has personal significance to the couple. “It means so much to get married here,” Amelia expressed. â€œGrowing up here together for the last 14 years, all of mine and Greg’s happiest times as a couple are here. It’s even more special now.” Mallett also told the outlet that he’s been waiting for this day ever since they started dating over a decade ago. “I’ve been dreaming of watching Amelia walk down the aisle for 14 years,” he shared.

Ben Savage and Tessa Angermeier

Just one month after announcing their engagement, Boy Meets World actor Ben Savage and Tessa Angermeier tied the knot in February of 2023. One of the couple’s wedding guests, Chloe Engelhardt, broke the news by uploading a few photos last month from the couple’s ceremony in Los Angeles. “Congratulations to Mr & Mrs Savage, we couldn't be happier for you 'guuuyyyss' 🤍👰🏼‍♀️🤵🏻‍♂️🥂,” she wrote. The post has since been deleted. According to the photos, the bride wore a sleeveless ball gown for the ceremony and changed into a sparkly fringe mini dress during the reception. Meanwhile, the groom sported a classic tuxedo.

Princess Iman of Jordan and Jameel Thermiotis

A week after the Royal Hashemite Court announced the wedding date of Princess Iman of Jordan and Jameel Thermiotis, the couple said “I do” on March 12, 2023. The bride channeled true royalty in a bespoke long-sleeve, high-neck Dior wedding dress with lace detailing, and she completed her regal look with a diamond-encrusted tiara, a floral-embroidered veil, and a small bouquet of white flowers. Her Venezuelan venture capitalist groom sported a three-piece black suit, which he paired with a black tie and a white pocket square. 

Iman’s brother, Crown Prince Hussein, walked the bride down the floral-lined aisle. The couple traded vows in a room enclosed with floor-to-ceiling windows and in front of a backdrop of branches decorated with white flowers. “Iman, I pray this next chapter in your life brings you as much joy, love, and laughter as you have brought us over the years,” Queen Rania wrote on Instagram. â€œCongratulations to the bride and groom!”

Erica Vazquez-Bacardi and Joey Depriest-Capparelli

Erica Vazquez-Bacardi, the daughter of rum heiress Hilda Maria Bacardi, married Joey Depriest-Capparelli on March 4, 2023, at the Four Seasons Orlando at Walt Disney World. The duo invited 300 guests to their enchanting forest wedding, which celebrity wedding and event planner, David Tutera, designed, and Alex Paul Photography shot.

The ceremony at The Palm Ballroom featured a winding aisle bordered with greenery to create the illusion of walking on water, a backdrop of stained glass windows and dripping wisteria, and a tree-lined perimeter. Their reception in the grand ballroom was equally magical, with illuminated trees and a custom dance floor that resembled flowing water. As a nod to the family’s brand, Bacardi-owned liquors made an appearance, from the old Cuban cocktail to the Bacardi 8 rum crème anglaise cake flavor.

Greg Deichmann and Burckel Gervais

Greg Deichmann, who plays outfielder for the Oakland As, married his partner of six years, Burckel Gervais, on January 6, 2023. The duo planned a beach ceremony featuring all-white flowers at the Grand Velas Resort in Cabo San Lucas, followed by a tented reception decked out in twinkle lights. For their aesthetic, the couple envisioned a whimsical and ethereal fairy-tale wedding. "The relationship my husband and I have is truly like a fairy tale, as cheesy as that may sound," Gervais tells People. "We wanted our wedding day to reflect the kind of relationship we have and that would bring the intimacy we wanted with our guests."

A few weeks after they said "I do" in front of 100 guests, the baseball star posted about their nuptials on Instagram with a photo taken by Jaimee Morse. "1.7.2023 I married my best friend," he wrote. "The happiness and love we felt the whole weekend was something we will never forget. To everyone that joined us for our special weekend, we can only attempt to express our gratitude for making it the most joyful and amazing weekend we could only dream of. Cheers to forever 🥂-The Deichmann’s."

Sophie Simmons and James Henderson

After dating for nearly a decade, Sophie Simmons (Kiss rockstar Gene Simmons’ daughter) and James Henderson made it official. On February 17, 2023, they said “I do” at a courthouse in Los Angeles. Then, on February 22, 2023, they invited 50 friends and family members to celebrate their nuptials in the backyard of her mother Shannon Tweed-Simmons’ home in Malibu, People reports. From personalized vows to a special father-daughter dance song that Sophie wrote when she was little, their wedding was filled with special touches. “We couldn’t be prouder of our daughter,” Gene and Shannon tell the outlet. “James is a solid young man, and Sophie can do anything she puts her mind to. We wish them a lifetime of love and happiness. If they are even half as happy as we are, they will last long.”

Sean Stewart and Jody Weintraub

After Sean Stewart proposed to girlfriend Jody Weintraub on February 14, 2023, at the restaurant Catch in Las Vegas, the couple immediately headed to the courthouse to make it official. A source tells People that the duo obtained their marriage license at 10 p.m. at Little Church of the West before exchanging vows. After saying "I do," the couple headed back to the Wynn Hotel, where they were staying, to celebrate. “It was kind of like, ‘Holy s***, we just got married,'" the source recalls. "But they were so, so excited and didn’t regret one thing. Their relationship and connection is solid.” 

On the ride over to the courthouse, Sean called his mom, Alana Stewart, and his dad, Rod Stewart, to share the news. The insider says that Alana got emotional after seeing footage from the ceremony, and Rod was also excited about his son's new relationship status. Although his parents weren't present for the ceremony, Sean joined them for a celebratory meal at Nobu in Malibu once he returned home. According to the insider, the newlyweds will host a more traditional wedding in the summer of 2023 at Marbella Beach Club in Spain with their friends and family.

Peloton instructor Matt Wilpers married Jessica Li on February 3, 2023, in Nicaragua, the same spot where they got engaged the previous year. Many other Peloton coaches attended their nuptials, such as Emma Lovewell, Olivia Amato, Ally Love, Jess Sims, Hannah Franklin, Christine D’Ercole, Tunde Oyeneyin, Kristin McGee, Hannah Marie Corbin, Denis Morton, Adrian Williams, and Alex Toussaint. Cody Rigsby even joined the wedding party as the “flower girl."

The groom documented the special day on his Instagram Stories. Based on his posts, the spin coach wore a blue suit and black bow tie, while his bride rocked a strapless lace mermaid gown. Per the photos, it appears that the couple walked down a grass aisle lined with floral arrangements and traded vows beneath a floral chuppah.

Less than a year after they went public with their relationship, Marc Anthony and Nadia Ferreira got married. The Grammy Award-winning singer and former Miss Universe wed at the PĂŠrez Art Museum in Miami, Florida on January 28, 2023, according to Hola! David and Victoria Beckham, Salma Hayek, Lin Manuel Miranda, and Luis Fonsi attended their nuptials, the outlet reported. The mayor of Miami, Francis X. Suarez, even officiated the ceremony. For the occasion, the bride donned a Galia Lahav lace dress, and the groom sported a Christian Dior getup.

Abigail Breslin and Ira Kunyansky

Abigail Breslin married her longtime boyfriend Ira Kunyansky at Hummingbird Nest Ranch in Simi Valley, California on January 28, 2023. The day after the wedding, the Little Miss Sunshine star announced her newly married status by debuting her diamond wedding band on Instagram, along with the caption, “ya girl got married y’all.” The next day, she followed up with another social media post. “01.28.23❤️💍❤️,” she wrote. “married my bestest friend.” The Screams Queen actress also shared a photo of the newlyweds smiling on the dance floor, with Breslin in a lace off-the-shoulder Simin Couture dress and Kunyansky in a classic black tuxedo.

Buzz Aldrin and Anca Faur

On January 20, 2023, former astronaut Buzz Aldrin shared on Twitter that he celebrated turning 93 years old by saying “I do” to his longterm girlfriend, Anca Faur. “On my 93rd birthday and the day I will also be honored by Living Legends of Aviation, I am pleased to announce that my long-time love Dr. Anca Faur and I have tied the knot,” his post said. â€œWe were joined in holy matrimony in a small private ceremony in Los Angeles and are as excited as eloping teenagers.”

Erin Heatherton and Karol Kocemba

Erin Heatherton shared on Instagram that she’s off the market. The model posted on January 17, 2023, that she married Karol Kocemba. The former Victoria’s Secret Angel shared a video of the newlyweds celebrating during the hora, a practice often done at Jewish weddings. From the video, the couple held their reception in a clear tent lined with string lights and adorned with rattan lanterns. The bride wore a strapless lace gown, while the groom sported a white tuxedo with black lapels. “Best week of my life 🌟,” she captioned her post.
