It's Official! Brooklyn Beckham Is Engaged to Actress Nicola Peltz

Hold the phone: Brooklyn Beckham, the eldest son of power couple David and Victoria Beckham, is engaged to actress Nicola Peltz!

The news broke Friday evening, with sources claiming that the 21-year-old photographer recently popped the question to his 25-year-old girlfriend. And according to multiple outlets, the exciting news is already "common knowledge" in the couple's social circle. "Brooklyn has been telling his friends in LA that he and Nicola are engaged. It's common knowledge among their group of friends. They are smitten," revealed a source.

The couple confirmed the rumors the following morning, with both posting a classic #ringselfie. Beckham confirmed that he asked Peltz to marry him two weeks ago and called himself "the luckiest man alive." Clearly smitten, he also promised to be "the best husband and the best daddy one day." And as if that weren't reason to swoon enough, Peltz's caption of the same moment confirmed the couple had the cutest engagement photographer. She captioned the photo "you’ve made me the luckiest girl in the world. I can’t wait to spend the rest of my life by your side. your love is the most precious gift. I love you so so much baby and thank you harper for this pic 🥰" Yes, you read that right, Harper Beckham is now officially taking engagement shots.

The couple has also already received the stamp of approval from his famous parents, who just celebrated their twenty-first wedding anniversary on July 4. Posh Spice herself took to Instagram to celebrate the happy couple, and if that isn't mother-in-law goals we don't know what is!

It seems as though both Beckham and Peltz's family members were there to celebrate the engagement immediately after Beckham popped the question. The bride-to-be shared a photo of her and her fiancé posing with his maternal grandparents, Jackie and Anthony Adams.

The pair was also joined by Beckham's paternal grandmother, Sandra Georgina West.

As for the ring, well it's of course, perfect. Beckham and Peltz have been linked since October 2019. In March, the actress moved into Beckham's New York apartment and the pair has been social distancing together during the pandemic.
