What to Look for When Choosing Bridal Jewelry
Finding the right bridal jewelry is way easier than you think. You wear jewelry all the time, so you already know what you naturally gravitate towards. If you typically don't wear necklaces but always rock an arm stack, skip the baubles (no matter how much mom thinks the plunging neckline calls for one) and layer on the bracelets. Set your foundation with the obvious: the wedding rings. Then build from there. Remember to keep the entire bridal look balanced. Statement pieces are fun, but they shouldn't be competing with one another. When it comes to metals, the world is your oyster. You can mix to your heart's content or keep everything uniform. Be conscious of the materials you're purchasing, too. We love a good piece of costume jewelry for filling out a stack, but they can require special care to stay looking fresh. If future heirlooms are what you're after, you'll want to splurge on the real deal.
