Beanie Feldstein Is Engaged to Bonnie Chance Roberts

Congratulations are in order! Beanie Feldstein and Bonnie Chance Roberts are engaged! The producer popped the question to the actress in the most romantic setup by the pool, surrounded by twinkle lights, sentimental photos, and a bevy of blooms. Loved ones gathered behind a gate to watch the Lady Bird actress say “yes.” Afterwards, the happy couple and their inner circle celebrated the momentous occasion with an intimate backyard bash.

On Thursday, June 23, 2022, the Booksmart star took to Instagram to reveal the news. “I do, bon,” she captioned a series of photos. 

Feldstein and Roberts first met in July 2018 while filming How to Build a Girl together. Two month later, they announced their relationship to the public with a heartfelt Instagram post. “A few weeks ago, I was in Brighton on this street with this girl, and it was magic,” Feldstein wrote.

After a year of publicly documenting their relationship on social media, Feldstein opened up about her relationship with Roberts in an interview with Teen Vogue. “Not to sound flippant, but I was in love with her and all of her, and she’s a woman,” Feldstein says. “That’s not scaring me or deterring me. And it wasn’t just women in general. It was her specifically.”

In June 2021, Feldstein told Bustle she wanted to spend the rest of her life with Roberts—and now, they’re actually going to! We couldn’t be more thrilled for them, and we can’t wait for the wedding!
