Ashley Olsen Secretly Married Louis Eisner in an Intimate Bel-Air Wedding Ceremony

Although Ashely Olsen has been romantically linked with Louis Eisner since 2017, they’ve been one of Hollywood’s famously private couples. The Full House alum rarely speaks about her love life, so news about their relationship status is always scarce. Until now, that is. According to Page Six, the actress-turned-fashion-mogul married her long-time boyfriend in a secret wedding ceremony, which was held at a private Bel-Air, California, on December 28, 2022. Reports say that the duo kept their big day small, inviting just 50 of their closest friends and family to witness their vow exchange and celebrate their union. 

After two years of dating, the couple first sparked engagement rumors in June of 2019. While Olsen was enjoying dinner and a movie with Eisner on one of their date nights, fans spotted a dark band worn on her left finger, People reports. The duo further fueled engagement speculation again in May of 2022 when the Elizabeth and James designer was seen wearing a gold band on that same finger, according to Us Weekly. Then, in August of that same year, Olsen donned another gold band on her left hand while vacationing with Eisner in Pantelleria, Italy, the outlet notes. Neither the duo nor a rep for the bride confirmed their engagement at the time.

Throughout their five years together, the couple almost never attends public events with one another. Though it seems as if they've been together since 2017, the pair didn't make their first joint red carpet appearance until September of 2021, when they stepped out to celebrate Young Eisner Scholars, a nonprofit that Eisner’s dad, attorney Eric Eisner, founded, according to Page Six. The Columbia University alum shared more insight into his partnership with the Row fashion designer by posting a rare photo to his Instagram Story of his girlfriend hiking while holding a beverage in one hand and a machete in the other, People reports. 

Before the Holiday in the Sun star started dating the California native, Olsen was linked to financier Richard Sachs. During their first public appearance together, the former couple went on a double date with the bride's twin sister Mary-Kate Olsen and her now-husband Olivier Sarkozy to a New York Knicks game in November of 2016. The duo dated for five months before going their separate ways. “Ashley and Richard broke up,” a source told Us Weekly in March of 2017. “She wants to focus on her clothing line right now. They’re still friends and hang out.”

In June of 2021, both Olsens opened up about their privacy during an interview with i-Dmagazine. “We were raised to be discreet people,” Mary-Kate Olsen said. Keeping to themselves as also informed their minimalist style. “I think that potentially that’s just our aesthetic, our design preference, but that doesn’t mean that we don’t also appreciate something truly ornate or maximal,” Ashley Olsen shared.
