Ariana Grande Channeled Audrey Hepburn on Her Wedding Day

Ariana got married, and for that we're so thankful.

Ariana Grande shared the most beautiful photos from her intimate wedding to real estate agent Dalton Gomez, showing off her stunning Vera Wang gown and veil. And she had a "sweetener" inspiration behind her wedding day look.

The "7 Rings" singer (who now has eight rings) embodied old Hollywood glamour and pulled inspiration from the timeless starlet Audrey Hepburn. Her silk charmeuse empire waist column gown was a modern take on a classic look—the pop star added a plunging back that exposed the bra strap closure. She paired the gown with a shoulder-length veil, which according to Vogue, was a hand-pleated bubble silhouette with a skinny satin bow on top.

A similar bow veil was worn by Hepburn in her classic turn as Jo Stockton in Funny Face. The story centers around a bookstore employee who's scouted by a photographer to become a model. If you haven't seen it yet, the gorgeous love story (and equally gorgeous dress) should be at the top of your streaming queue if you're looking for a little classic bridal inspiration.

The gorgeous veil—reminiscent of Hepburn's look—framed her iconic hairstyle. In typical Grande fashion, she wore her dark locks in her signature half-up, curled high pony, where the veil attached.

According to Vogue, Mimi Cuttrell was responsible for styling the whole look and helping it to come together and pay homage to Hepburn's iconic look. The publication said pearl and diamond earrings from Lorraine Schwartz were chosen as her jewelry to match her stunning pearl and diamond engagement ring, one being "upside down" to represent how the low moments in her life have led her to this moment now, Vogue reports.

Vogue Weddings captured the singer's special day, saying the intimate ceremony was attended by less than 20 close friends and family, and the gorgeous photos were captured by photographer Stefan Kohli. The couple said "I do" in a dreamy candle-lit room with flowers cascading from the ceiling.
