Beginning her career at a bridal boutique, Andrea Hawkes launched her namesake brand "both with the brides' individual journey and the technical understanding of couture wedding dresses," as noted on her website. Her attention to detail, coupled with her contemporary and simplistic designs, has made her a go-to brand for brides everywhere—including celebrities like Elizabeth Lail.

Most notable, Hawkes embeds an important key element within all her dresses: sustainability. "Brides are ever more conscious of the sustainable approach to their wedding and their dress," shares the designer. "We work with natural silks and certified vegan fabrics, produce our dresses in-house in London with our own team to ensure we are offering both the highest luxury and the most sustainable dresses. "

Ahead, the latest collection from Andrea Hawkes.

Andrea Hawkes 2022

In a statement released by the brand, the Together 2022 collection "is a celebration of weddings, of our family and friends, and our renewed spirit for unity. Paired with the uniqueness and understated flamboyance of our brides, with ever-sharpened focus on our couture design, fabrics, signature fit, and shape. Introducing 10 new designs, designed and made in London from natural silk fabrics. New French lace designs, textured silk fabrics, and pleated silk details. ‘Together’ is designed and made with sustainability at its core. Our sustainability approaches and targets continue to be honest and transparent. Sustainability is circular and all aspects have to be considered and aligned to work. We continue to communicate our approach and practices to our brides." Take a look below.

In accordance with our diversity pledge, it's our duty to note that at the time of publishing, this brand/designer did not include BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) in their 2022 campaign imagery. We have since reached out to this brand/designer to encourage them to include BIPOC imagery in not only this season’s campaign but in future campaigns as well.
