The Brides Team
Anna Price has worked in the wedding industry for eight years and has been an editor at Brides since 2014. She first interned at Condé Nast with Brides through the American Society of Magazine Editors internship program and joined the staff upon graduation.
A leader in the wedding industry, she has spoken at industry conferences around the world and shared expert advice with national media outlets such as The New York Times, USA Today, and Inside Edition.
She has a degree in journalism and English from The University of Alabama Honors College and lives in New York City.
Lindsey is the editorial project director at Brides and has been with the brand since 2021.
She is is a writer and editor with over 5 years of experience covering beauty and wellness. She also works on Brides' sister site, Byrdie, where she has been since 2015.
Kathryn has been with Dotdash Meredith since 2017.
She began her career at an agency, where she crafted content strategy for tech startups. At Dotdash Meredith, she worked in SEO & content strategy across various lifestyle brands before focusing on beauty and weddings. She now serves as the Editorial & Strategy Director for Byrdie and Brides, leading the team's evergreen search strategy. Kathryn earned a B.A. and M.A. studying Creative Writing at The University of Chicago, and her M.F.A. in Fiction Writing from Columbia University.
Samantha has been with Brides since 2019.
She began her career writing and managing social media for digital publications including POPSUGAR, Who What Wear, and Delish. She graduated from the College of Journalism and Communications at the University of Florida and currently lives in Manhattan.
Shelby is the senior editor at Brides and has been with the brand since 2021.
Most recently, Shelby served as editor at Lonny Magazine. She spent five years at the site writing about all things home, design, and lifestyle. She previously worked in the bridal space as a digital producer and editorial intern at Martha Stewart Weddings. She graduated with a BA in English from Scripps College and currently lives in Brooklyn.
Madeline has been with Brides since 2021.
Most recently, she lead social media at Glamour magazine where she covered pop culture, beauty, and fashion. After graduating from the University of Notre Dame in 2014, she forayed her love of the internet into a career writing and creating content for a variety of lifestyle and entertainment brands.
Maggie has been with Brides since 2019.
She joined the Brides team shortly after graduating from Pennsylvania State University as a digital producer and social media assistant, reporting on wedding-related celebrity news, fashion trends, and real weddings. Maggie is currently an editor at Brides and calls Brooklyn home.
Zach has been with Dotdash Meredith since 2018.
He's accumulated over a decade of experience working in product. Most recently, he served as the product lead for Mediabistro.com, building tools focused on skills development for media professionals. He was also a product manager at Daily Burn, where he led the launch of Daily Burn 365, a live-streaming daily workout program that was nominated for a Daytime Emmy for Best Interactive Media, Original Content. He studied at Temple University, graduating with a B.A. in American Studies.
Tomoko has been a designer for over 15 years and has been with Dotdash Meredith since 2017.
Before joining Dotdash Meredith, she worked on design and product solutions for a range of organizations in the arts, fashion, hospitality, finance, technology and non-profit. Now, Tomoko strives to create meaningful interactions through thoughtful design as the leader on product design and user experience for Byrdie. Tomoko graduated with a BA in Architecture from Barnard College, Columbia University and lives in New York City.
With nearly 15 years of experience in the magazine industry, Kate is an expert in the worlds of decorating, food, and lifestyle. She has covered registry, entertaining, and wedding style for the past five years at Brides, first as the Style Director and currently as a Senior Editor in the commerce department. She has also held positions at Martha Stewart Living, Domino, Cookie, and InStyle magazines. She has a BFA in printmaking and art history from the Rhode Island School of Design and lives in New York City.
Karli has been with Brides since 2019.
Before joining the brand, she held roles on the editorial teams of PeopleStyle, Allure, and Furthermore, Equinox’s digital magazine, writing about beauty, wellness, and pop culture. She graduated from Boston University with a B.A. in Journalism and Advertising, and lives in New York.
Araziel has been with Brides since 2021.
She began her experience in the wedding industry as an assistant consultant at Kleinfeld Bridal. After graduating from college in May 2021, she joined the Brides team as an assistant social media editor.
Araziel has a B.S. in Fashion Media from LIM College and calls Connecticut home.
Lilly has been with Brides since 2021.
Before joining the team, she began her career in the wedding industry at The Knot, where she covered the real weddings section of the biannual regional print magazine. In addition to weddings, she’s also had experience writing about parties, health, fitness, beauty, and fashion for digital publications, such as The Bash and Tracy Anderson Method.
Lilly received a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Elon University, and she currently lives in New York City.
