Abigail Breslin Is Married to Longtime Boyfriend Ira Kunyansky

After starring in Little Miss Sunshine, Abigail Breslin quickly rose to fame from her breakout role and even secured an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress at just 10 years old. Now, Breslin is celebrating another life-changing moment. On Saturday, January 28, 2023, the star married Ira Kunyansky at Hummingbird Nest Ranch in Simi Valley, California. According to guests’ social media posts, she walked down an aisle lined with rose petals and candles and swapped vows amid greenery, roses, and drapery. 

The Scream Queens actress announced the news on Instagram the day after saying “I do.” “ya girl got married y’all,” she wrote alongside a photo debuting her diamond wedding band. Fellow celebrities couldn’t contain their excitement. “AHHHHHHHHHH,” Sarah Hyland wrote in the comments section. Kat McNamara also shared her well wishes. “Awww congrats, Abbie!” she gushed. “So happy for you! Biggest hugs ever!!! ❤️💛❤️” Elle Fanning simply commented, “❤️❤️❤️”

The Oscar-nominated actress followed up with another Instagram post, sharing more details behind her big day. “01.28.23❤️💍❤️,” she captioned the post. “married my bestest friend.” The My Sister’s Keeper star included a photo of the duo on the dance floor, surrounded by sparklers and beneath string lights. According to the post, the bride donned a Simin Couture off-the-shoulder dress with lace embroidery, a plunging neckline, a tulle skirt, and a tulle cape. She complemented the look by wearing her hair down in mermaid-like waves. Meanwhile, the groom sported a classic black tuxedo and bow tie.

Again, her celebrity friends flocked to the comments section to share their support. “Congratulations!!!!” Anna Sophia Robb exclaimed. Isabelle Fuhrman commented, “Congratulations my love ❤️❤️❤️❤️.” Rosario Dawson also shared, “Yayayayayay!! The couple’s wedding comes almost a year after they announced their engagement. On February 22, 2022, the actress confirmed her newly engaged status by showing off her diamond engagement ring. “I was like, ‘duh.’ #engagedyall,” she posted. Her finacé also dedicated an Instagram post to their engagement. “She said YES!" he wrote. The pair has been dating since 2017, and they've been documenting their relationship on social media.
