Location of Wedding:

Second Baptist Church,

1724 Schaffer, Dyersburg, TN

1:30 p.m. music will begin, service to start at 2:00 p.m.

We are planning a wonderful day for our friends and family.  Our wedding is going to honor the firefighters that have fallen in the line of duty.  Our colors are Fire Engine Red and Gold.   Seeings that Doug is the Asst. Captain of our hometown Volunteer Fire Department, I thought it would only be right to honor him and his crew by using the colors of the fire department.  

 The church is going to laidend with Red and Gold candles, Texas Flamed Tulips and red and gold bows on the outside of the church.  When the service is complete, He and I will  leave the church in the fire truck that he drives! 

Reception Site: Newbern Rescue Squad

Sharpsferry Rd, Just behind Dollar General and Food Rite.

Time:5:30pm

The reception will be held at the Newbern Resue Squad building.  There we will decorate the building like a fireman's fairy land, using the same candles from the church, white paper bags with tea-light candles to flank the road to the reception, and the interer of the building will have a drapped canopy of white light and sheer material.  Each table will have a childs toy fire helmet with votive candles and Hersey Kisses in the brim of the hat.  The tables will be covered in Red and Gold/Yellow table clothes. 

Rehearsal dinner:

We are planning on having a potluck dinner at the church after the rehearsal.
