Six months before their nuptials, this power couple discovered that the Web photos of their chosen venue were beyond misleading.
Enter Kim's (fairy) godmother, who offered up the ravishing Jamaica hotel that she owns, the Ritz-Carlton Golf & Spa Resort in Montego Bay. Next mishap: The spring flowers shipped from the States barely survived the trip. The salvageable blooms were revived by bathtubs filled with ice. Then it rained. But as the newlyweds signed the wedding license, the clouds cleared the sun broke through—a landslide victory for love. —Paula Rackow
