For the second year in a row, Brides.com teamed up with the Empire State Building to give 13 couples their dream wedding on the most romantic day of the year. Inspired by the look of a vintage Valentine's Day card but with a modern twist, the ultraromantic rosy-hued decor included spheres of beautiful blooms, lush velvet draping, a faux fireplace, plush banquettes and larger-than-life lamp shades, all served up by celebrity event designer Ed Libby. The couples gathered from around the globe to celebrate their big day—their own special affair to remember. —Cari Wolfert
