Wedding organizer Deanna Schafer of I Do Weddings lined up the island’s top vendors, including catering by Kauai Cuisine. Starting with funky tropical drinks, the menu touched on many Pacific flavors: summer rolls with macadamia nuts, Kilauean goat cheese and a trio of gelatos, including Tahitian vanilla.
