A sexy after-hours lounge was a primo place for kicking back as the evening wound down; an array of Mexican snacks (burritos, chimichangas and taquitos) were on hand for midnight munching. Knowing that their guests really like to party, the couple hired both a band and a DJ—the latter kept the tunes playing until 3:00 a.m.
