Andrea and David in Lambertville, MI
A family farm transforms into an elegant site for this couple's affair
Andrea had always wanted to marry outdoors, but her and her future husband, David, couldn't settle on a perfect spot. That's when David's parents asked the couple if they wanted to have the wedding at their home—a 50-acre horse farm in Lambertville. They decided the ceremony would be held outside, next to a wooded ravine, and the reception would take place in David's parent's horse-riding arena. The couple and their parents worked hard to make the farm wedding-friendly. "It was all very well thought out by my other and mother-in-law," Andrea says. "They didn't miss a thing." —Karissa O'Reilly
