Escort cards, attached to silk ribbons that were hung from the dinner tent's ceiling, were designed by Darcy Romano of A Perfect Wedding, who helped coordinate the wedding.

Inside the dinner tent, the bridal party sat at a long, rectangular king's table decorated with decadent flowers true to the event's color theme: bright pink hydrangeas, fuchsia and orange roses, dahlias and green amaranthus. Guests were offered three specialty drinks: sea breezes, limoncello and champagne punch. Entrée choices included baby lamb chops and rockfish. Tent rental arranged by Ridgewells.

To keep guests comfortable—and dancing—Jen placed Old Navy flip-flops in three different sizes by the dance floor. These also served as the guests' favors.
