Saketini

Warm day, cool drink: Sake replaces vermouth in this Asian-style martini.

- 2 oz. Ketel One Vodka
- 2 oz. Masumi Okuden Kantsukuri Sake
- Strip or slice of seedless cucumber (for garnish)

Combine vodka and sake with ice in a cocktail shaker, and shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with cucumber.
