Lauren's last eight yearsııı work in event planning has truly transformed her talent into her professional calling. It began with starting a small upscale and organic catering company in Westchester after graduating from college. Lauren managed the company and ran all the events. Two years later Lauren moved to New York City and joined Drew Nieporent, owner of Tribeca Grill and Nobu, and planned cocktail parties for the Tribeca Film Festival along with several weddings. Lauren then worked with one of the most recognized American chefs, Thomas Keller, chef/owner of Per Se and Bouchon Bakery, where she planned parties for the likes of, the Gourmet Institute, the New Yorker, and the Michelin Guide. Continuing with another 4-star chef she worked for Daniel Boulud at Bar Boulud and planned events for Fortune 500 companies and The Metropolitan Opera. To learn the more intimate side of the business, she most recently worked with Gabrielle Hamilton at Prune where she planned rehearsal dinners, birthdays and reunions.
In addition to this practical experience, Lauren has degrees in marketing, studio art, restaurant management, and wine. Keeping in mind Laurenıııs approachable, energetic and creative personality, you have a planner you can trust with your event and make it the success it deserves to be.
