For Elizabeth, one of the most difficult parts of the registry process was selecting china. She looked at a number of patterns before selecting "the one."
"In some ways I felt like I was registering for a life we don't live yet—right now, most of our dinners are eaten out of takeout containers," she says. "But I knew it was important to have dinnerware that we'd love for years to come."
