Shrimp in a Scallop Shell Bowl


A bed of sea glass makes a beachy nest for scallop shells, perfect shallow bowls for summery appetizers.

How to assemble: Spread one cup of sea glass and three scallop shells on each plate. Spread wakame seaweed in each scallop shell; top with chilled, poached shrimp (here, stuffed with crabmeat salad); garnish with whitefish caviar.
