Mulled Cider
1 cup Maker’s Mark bourbon4 cups apple cider
1 lemon with rind, sliced thin
2 small cinnamon sticks
6 cloves
½ tsp. ground allspice
Combine ingredients in a saucepan and heat to boiling. Serve hot, in mugs, garnished with cinnamon sticks. Serves 8.
