Red Faerie
3 oz. Pinot Noir½ tbsp. sugar
½ oz. apple juice
Dash of lemon juice
Dash of grapefruit juice
Combine all ingredients in a shaker full of ice, shake vigorously, and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with skewered, frozen red grapes offset by slices of green apple.
