Place 1 raw sugar cube in a flute and add 2 dashes of orange bitters. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice; add 2 oz. gin and 1 oz. lemon juice. Cover and shake until very cold. Strain into the flute and top with champagne. Garnish with an orange-peel spiral.
