The Style
We hear… that the couple has tapped Boston-area planner Bryan Rafanelli to coordinate the wedding, which is expected to take place under a tent at Astor Courts, a 3,500-acre private estate in Rhinebeck, New York. So we think… that Chelsea and Marc's wedding will be preppy yet undeniably grand—if Rafanelli's previous work is any indicator. He's planned everything from rustic lakeside celebrations to sexy ballroom weddings with dramatic light displays, crystal chandeliers, and abundant florals. Plus, Bryan is no stranger to high-profile events: He planned one of several inauguration celebrations for President Obama, and according to New York Magazine he also produced several fundraisers for Hillary Clinton's Senate campaign. Basically, we expect that in Bryan's hands it will be a stylish, memorable event (hopefully) tempered by an appropriate amount of dignity and restraint.
