Brides.com: Were you involved in the planning?
JS: No—everything was a total surprise. I kind of figured out what weekend it was going to be, but not where it was or what we were doing. When I got to Tracy's house, there were so many great details that I never would have expected. I really loved the surprise element.
Tip: Of course, not all showers are surprises. Speak up when asked about your preferences, but otherwise dont meddle in the planning.
