A Tipsy Horchata for Latino-philes

Give this yummy adult milk shake (popular in Mexico) a starring role at the dessert bar.

To make Horchata: Soak 4 cups white rice in water for 4 hours. Combine: 2 Quarts Milk, 12oz Evaporated Milk, 2 Tbsp Cinnamon, 1 Tbsp Vanilla. Add rice to milk mixture and puree thoroughly. Strain.

Mix 2 oz White Rum with 4oz Horchata. Pour over rocks in highball glass. Garnish with dash of cinnamon, whole vanilla bean, and cinnamon stick.
