Jocelyn wore Monique Lhuillier; James donned a Canali suit and a custom tie that matched the party’s color scheme.
Jocelyn and James in Andalusia, PA
This twosome celebrated with a rollicking reception at a historic estate near Philadelphia
Jocelyn Faulkner and James Casey, a pair of successful Philadelphia businesspeople, had one goal for their day: “to throw the best party anyone had ever seen,” says the bride. The setting for the celebration? Andalusia, an 18th-century Greek Revival mansion outside the city with views of the Delaware River. To rev up participation (and honor Jocelyn’s mother, a member of the Friends), they opted for an officiant-free Quaker ceremony, during which guests were invited to share stories about the couple. Next up: a river of libations, a seafood bar swimming with sushi and ceviche, and a reception featuring a 28-piece band with an impressive repertoire of the couple’s favorite Journey songs. Add 290 guests willing to learn that fraternity staple, the Jump Rope Dance, and success was inevitable. “The best night ever,” Jocelyn confirms.
