Both the ceremony and the reception were held at Fruitlands Museum, an American art museum in the town of Harvard. The ceremony, officiated by Matt's father, included Jewish traditions, Hindu and Buddhist readings, and acoustic guitar music played by Matthew Truesdale, a friend of the bride. The chuppah was fashioned of hand-dyed orange and pink organza, and was held aloft by poles wrapped with curly willow.
