Mansion charm bridges one couple together on their big day
Van and David chose a bridge as the symbol of their wedding. The two were living in San Francisco when David proposed at the foot of the Bay Bridge. Since they also saw their marriage as a connection between their European and Asian heritages, the bridge became even more meaningful. The couple's event planners at Events of Distinction and floral designer Karen Axel of Tapestry Flowers even commissioned a small footbridge for the couple to be married beside. —Brenna McLoughlin
