Jeff proposed to Kelly on a camping trip for her 28th birthday, and they settled on Lake Tahoe as the site for their wedding. Since Kelly and Jeff were both outdoor enthusiasts, they picked the FitzHaven Estate, formerly owned by Farah Fawcett, which has breathtaking views of the lake that would serve as the backdrop for their outdoor ceremony and reception.

The groom, and his six groomsmen, wore tuxedos with black ties. The couple's golden retriever, Maddie, also was part of their bridal party. She wore a floral wreath around her neck for the festivities.
