A Los Angeles wedding planner heads to sultry Mexico for her own affair

When you spend most of your waking hours planning lavish weddings for other people—booking foreign castles, chartering private planes, chasing down the world's best Beluga—what do you do for your own nuptials? Keep things really, really simple.
"Less is more," explains Jodi Blum, an L.A.-based party planner with upscale firm Colin Cowie Lifestyle. "I wanted a wedding that was small, casual, and easy." She got her wish when she and Aaron Cohen married last May at the One & Only Palmilla, a breezy resort in Los Cabos, on the tip of Mexico's Baja Peninsula.
