Anthony and Erin, who wore a white organza A-line gown with a cathedral train, gave their guests Jordan almonds in honor of Anthony's heritage. "Anthony is part Italian, so we decided on the almonds to following the Italian tradition," Erin explains. "Five almonds signify five wishes for the couple—health, wealth, happiness, fertility and longevity."

Erin Hansen never dreamed she'd find her perfect match at a party to celebrate a friend's upcoming wedding. Until, that is, Anthony Lenhoff showed up. "I scooted over to make room when I saw him coming," says Erin, who recognized Anthony as a friend of a friend. "Then I ended up monopolizing his time all evening." When Anthony walked Erin to her car at the end of the night, she accepted his invitation to Oktoberfest. That first date, Erin says, was "magical."
A year later, Anthony staged an elaborate proposal with the help of Erin's parents. She believed the foursome was going to a preseason event for the University of Oklahoma's Sooners, her favorite team. When they arrived at the stadium, Erin's dad diverted her attention until they reached Anthony's chosen spot. When her dad allowed Erin to turn around, she discovered Anthony on bended knee with a ring and four dozen red and white roses. He read from a proposal letter that included lines from their favorite songs. Erin happily said yes.
