Sharon and Gerald happened upon each other in New York City in 2005, when Gerald, whose band, Pas/Cal, was performing a concert, noticed Sharon in the front row. "She smiled through the entire show," he recalls. They wound up chatting afterward, and Gerald invited her to accompany him to a bar where he was scheduled to DJ—though he never went on, because the pair was busy "holding hands and falling in love," Sharon says.
For their wedding, she wore a Nicole Miller dress and Gerald sported a Theory suit.
