The menu featured beef filet, plus an ice cream buffet for dessert. All catering was provided by the venue.
During the meal, Josie's father and Jack's best man—his brother John—both gave memorable toasts. Recalls the bride, "John told a story about the time Jack and I took a four-hour road trip to find a burger place Jack had seen on TV, and he wished us many happy adventures like that
in the future."
