For dinner guests enjoyed Moroccan braised brisket of beef or red snapper in an ancho pepper pesto. For dessert, slices of vanilla pound cake with cream cheese frosting (served with a fresh berry sauce) were on offer, as well as chocolate-covered strawberries. Cake and catering were provided by Jeffrey A. Miller Catering.
