The glamorous women of the late 1930s inspired the smoky purple eyes and wine-colored lips at Anne Barge. Skin was given a glowy porcelain sheen by mixing foundation with Smashbox's Artificial Light Luminizing Lotion. Hair was curled and set for volume, then finger-combed back into a low ponytail and pinned up in two-inch sections to create a loose-but-polished chignon.
