Inspired by floral geometry, the aisle runner has gone dotty; the iron anchor with scroll finials echoes the hotel’s openwork facade. To recreate these daisy balls, start with globes of floral foam in different sizes, soaked in water. Snip daisy stems to two inches, then insert them into the foam so that the heads are flush to the foam and close together. You can also use blooms like carnations and button mums.
