Bachelorette Emily, previously engaged to the two-time Bachelor Brad, accepted Jef Holm's proposal and the stunning Neil Lane 2.5-carat emerald-cut diamond engagement ring he chose for her. The sizable sparkler is accented with 87 smaller round-cut diamonds.
