- Will the insurance company take care of the appraisal? If not, who should?

- Am I still covered if there is negligence or carelessness?
- What is the deductible for loss or theft (etc.)?
- If my ring is stolen, does the policy offer replacement or reimbursement?

- Are there special considerations or exclusions?
- If there is damage, can I replace it or will I be limited to repair?
- Will insurance cover all repairs? Who will make the repairs? Will it be someone provided by the insurance company or can I use my own jeweler?
