Wtoo's latest collection is inspired by movement and dance. "Some skirt details in the collection are designed to undulate and float as the bride moves," says designer Vantana Watters, who describes the line's newest gowns as "flirty, sensual, and extravagant." Expect to see sparkly skirt ruffles, tulle handkerchief tutus, and elaborate pearl-and-crystal-encrusted grosgrain belts.
