Poppy red lips + bronzed cheeks + matte eyes @ Priscilla of Boston

To make bold, bright lipstick last, fill in lips with a neutral-colored lipliner. Then apply lipstick with a lip brush, blot with a tissue, add a bit of powder, reapply, and blot again.
