A Ruched, Three-Tiered Cake with Flowers

Jennyfer Mancino of The Sugar Suite created these modern, two-dimensional flowers by fashioning them from fondant and piping the petal details with pewter icing so they resembled a hand-drawn sketch. The cake tiers were decorated with thin fondant ribbons applied to resemble the ruching on the bride's wedding dress.
