The tasting menu included:

Shrimp & Fall Vegetable Timbale with roasted baby artichokes and beurre blanc vinaigrette (shown top left)

Simply Cut Tomatoes Carpaccio Style with hand harvested greens and citrus & caper oils

Slow Roasted Turbot with warm poached butternut squash, blood orange & frisee salad, toasted pumpkin seeds and beurre rouge

Twice Roasted Organic Chicken with braised figs & shallots, roasted chicken potatoes and natural jus (shown top right)

Coffee Dusted Filet Mignon with hazelnut risotto cakes, sauteed spinach and mocha demi glace (shown lower left)

and for dessert, Caramelized Apple Dome with vanilla ice cream, apple tuile and butterscotch sauce and Meringue Chocolate Lavender Cream with chocolate cranberry emulsion (shown lower right)
