A: Don't even think about it. Going to a wedding doesn't obligate anyone to give a gift, and as the person in question was part of your bridal party (which often entails buying a special outfit, throwing a bachelorette party, etc.), she's probably already spent considerable cash on your wedding. So cool it. Whatever reason she has for skipping a gift—financial, emotional, whatever—is her business. You're much better off maintaining a friendship than stirring up trouble about a phantom toaster.
Q: My maid of honor hasn't given us a gift, and the wedding was a year ago. Should I say something?
