"You could do different desserts arranged on a staggered cake stand, which will make them stand out," says Jan Kish, owner of Jan Kish Le Petite Fleur in Columbus, Ohio. Consider an all-white variety, like coconut cream pie, cheesecake, and white chocolate mousse, or assorted pies—cherry, blueberry, lemon chiffon. Yum.
