A: Since a shower invitation requires a gift, it's best not to invite someone to more than one. (The exceptions are your bridesmaids, who are generally invited to all showers, with the understanding that they're not expected to bring a present to each.) One solution: Ask the hostesses to "merge" the showers. That way, no one will feel left out or putout.
